Introduction
At QJI, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of quality products to all our customers within the United States. Our delivery policy is designed to provide transparency, clarity, and protection of your interests in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws and the highest standards of user experience. This policy outlines the details of our order processing, shipping timeline, fees, tracking, and procedures for any delivery-related concerns.
1. Order Processing Time
For the purposes of this policy, "business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 1 PM ET or on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
We utilize trusted U.S. delivery carriers to ensure efficient and safe shipment of all packages. Currently, we offer standard shipping to supported locations across the contiguous United States. All shipping fees are clearly indicated on the checkout page prior to finalizing your order and are based on item size, weight, and destination. We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping options.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery windows do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays (as noted below).
While we strive to meet or exceed all delivery commitments, actual delivery times may be affected by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Federal holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other unforeseen logistical circumstances
If we are unable to fulfill your order or meet the stated delivery timeframe, we will promptly notify you and offer either a full refund or the option to consent to a revised delivery schedule, as required by FTC regulations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package status online. Tracking information will typically be available within 24 hours of shipment confirmation. You may also log into your QJI account on our website to check your order status.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting our support team.
For lost packages—including cases where tracking status indicates "delivered" but you have not received the item—please notify us within 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
Our team will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and provide a resolution (such as a replacement, refund, or initiating a carrier investigation) within 5 business days of receiving complete information.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error in your submitted address, please contact us at hi@myqji.com or +1 8449101308 as soon as possible.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not guaranteed for delivery. Should the order be returned to us, reshipment is possible but additional shipping fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
