Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on myqji.com ("Site"), operated by QJI ("we", "us", "our"). By shopping on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. This policy complies with all applicable United States consumer protection laws and e-commerce standards.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, your product must:

  • Be purchased directly from myqji.com
  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • A request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, but before shipment, please contact us immediately. If your order has entered the shipping process and cannot be cancelled, a restocking or operational fee may apply and full refund may not be possible.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale, promotional gifts, samples, or any non-returnable product specifically stated at checkout.

If you do not receive your order (as confirmed by carrier tracking showing "delivered" but you did not receive, or the item is lost in transit), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, upon confirmation of loss, issue a full refund or reshipment at your option.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our customer service team will verify your request and provide further instructions, including the designated return address. Please do not ship any products back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
  3. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval, with tracking information forwarded to our team.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you have cancelled a shipped order or return was due to customer error (such as incorrect address or refusal of delivery), up to 40% of the order value may be deducted to cover round-trip shipping and handling costs.

For lost packages or orders not delivered as confirmed by tracking, once the loss is validated, you may choose a full refund or reshipment.

Subscription Orders

If you subscribe to recurring product deliveries, your subscription will renew automatically each billing cycle. We will send a renewal reminder email to your registered email address 3-5 days before each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to review this reminder and manage your subscription status.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date by logging into your account or contacting us. No refunds are issued after a new cycle has started unless products are defective, incorrect, or not received.

Shipping Costs

  • If you return an item due to personal preference or change of mind, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • If a return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged upon arrival), we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
  • In cases of customer error (such as providing an incorrect address or refusing delivery), associated return shipping and handling fees up to 40% of the order value may be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hi@myqji.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and supporting photos. Upon confirmation, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale products
